This Week’s Trek: April 2nd, 2023

It’s April here in the HyperSpace! Starting this month is my second favorite childhood movie– Warner Bros Animated feature Cats Don’t Dance.

Wednesday, I will pick up with Star Wars: The New Jedi Order saga in Dark Tide I: Onslaught

Friday, I have my thoughts on the 10 minute demonstration of the highly anticipated sequel to Breath of the Wild, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

And away we go into the HyperSpace!

This Week’s Trek: March 27th, 2023

The last week of Women’s Month is near in the HyperSpace! Today, I will be talking about the next Apes sequel Beneath the Planet of the Apes in how weird and cataclysmically dark it got.

Wednesday, I will be discussing all the weirdness that was Beneath in Andrew E.C. Gaska’s companion novel Death of the Planet of the Apes.

Friday, I will cap off Women’s Month with why Female Superheroes are important.

Hello again to the HyperSpace! I have a lot of new stuff to talk about this week. Tomorrow, I will talk about Planet of the Apes (1968), the first sci-fi movie I watched as a child.

Wednesday, the saga of the Federation’s war against the Borg concludes in Star Trek Destiny: Lost Souls

Friday for Women’s Month, I will be talking about the woman who played Nyota Uhura in Star Trek, Nichelle Nichols and how she ushered the advancement of African-Americans on television.

A whole lot of cool stuff to discuss this week on the HyperSpace!

This Week’s Trek: March 13th, 2023

Spring is here in the HyperSpace and time has also gone forward! There’s a lot of new stuff I am here to talk about.

Monday, I will talk about M3GAN who is already shaping up to rival Chucky in the horror genre.

Wednesday, I will finally start talking about what is already my favorite Star Wars story ever made in literature: Star Wars The New Jedi Order: Vector Prime. Some dark times ahead for the heroes of the Rebellion.

Friday, in the spirit of Women’s History Month, I will talk about Marvel’s Storm–the first black female superhero in comics.

Full disclosure: I will be slightly delayed due to internet problems going on at the moment. With all that said, There’s always fun in the HyperSpace!

Welcome back to another week in the HyperSpace! Today, I will talk about a fictional chef owner who has a grudge with a couple of wealthy people in The Menu.

Wednesday, a brewing Klingon conspiracy is causing great peril in the Federation-Klingon alliance in Star Trek Prey Book One: Hell’s Heart.

Friday, I will bring you announcements from both the Nintendo Direct and Pokémon Direct.

It is springtime here in the HyperSpace and I am looking forward to it!

This Week’s Trek: February 27th, 2023

It’s almost spring time in the Hyperspace! My favorite time of the year, and I have a lot of stuff to talk about! Monday, I am going to talk about my opinions of the movie before I saw Missing 3 weeks ago, the 2023 reboot House Party.

Wednesday, I will be reviewing part two of the Star Trek Destiny trilogy as the Federation are still dealing with the Borg threat while dealing with the discovery of a pacifist race whose motives are unclear in Mere Mortals.

Friday, I will be discussing my opinions of how Hollywood could potentially ruin Super Mario a second time.

I just happened to realize next month is National Women’s Month, so I will have certain articles covering women’s accomplishments throughout the month. Anyhow, another month in the HyperSpace begins!

This Week’s Trek: February 19th, 2023

Black History Month is almost over here in the HyperSpace and I figured… Why not go out with a bang? First, for my contribution of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop, I will review the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton Monday.

Wednesday, I will talk about two star crossed lovers whose love became complicated in the Galactic Civil War in Star Wars: Lost Stars

Friday, I am going to talk about George Clinton and Parliament’s greatest masterpiece: The Mothership Connection.

Monday, I will talk about the follow-up to Searching (2018), Missing.

Wednesday, I will do a book review on the story of Raffi Musiker’s adventures in Star Trek: Picard: Second Self.

Friday, I will talk about the trailers and tv spots that premiered during Super Bowl 57.

Another week in the HyperSpace! Monday, I will be reviewing Marvel Studios‘ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and how this movie pays tribute to Chadwick Boseman.

Wednesday, I will be reviewing The Space Between Worlds by Micaiah Johnson, a sci-fi romance novel that deals with the multiverse and its ramifications.

Friday, I will talk about Octavia Butler who is the first female black sci-fi writer and how her work is celebrated today.
